Good news and a common sense move by the BOD. No need to spend legal fees to get the CCRs amended I trust.

Nope. We’re simply amending the Design Guidelines – in process – to reflect the current law. We’ll require homeowners submit a free Improvement Application for the clothesline so we can get together and help select a location in the backyard that’s screened from the street. One small step to save the planet …and money.
