Attached you’ll find a copy of a letter from the Board of Directors to all owners in Kakela Makai Oceanview concerning the proposed 2011/2012 BUDGET. This attachment also includes a copy of the proposed budget as well as a copy of their proposed Groundcover Policy.

PROPOSED
FISCAL YEAR 2012 OPERATING BUDGET
AND RESERVE STUDY
The proposed budget for the KMOCA was presented to the ownership for review and comment at the April 13th Board of Directors Meeting. Additionally it is being placed on our website as another method for owners to review the document and provide comments by e-mail.
The proposed budget will also be discussed at the May 4th Board of Directors Meeting prior to adoption by the Board. After adoption, the proposed budget will be mailed to the ownership and again placed, with any changes, on the website for your review and comments. The Board will ratify the budget at the June 8th Board of Directors Meeting. As with last year’s billing, the annual assessment will be due in two payments.
